Why you should support me:
Rowing at K‑State has become one of the most memorable parts of my life, and this season reminded me exactly why. As club president, I’ve had the chance to lead from the boat and from the coxswain seat (it shocked me too), as well as participate and coordinate recruitment and team events alongside my teammates. Nothing beats watching our hard work turn into results — watching our boats race to the finish line is my second favorite part of regattas, first being actually getting to race. My favorite races are in Wichita, Plains Regional and Frostbite, because my family can come up to watch us race! Rowing has pushed me, grounded me, and given me a team that feels like home. I’m proud of what we’ve built this fall, and I’m fired up for what’s next — especially our spring break trip, where we get to reset, refocus, get back on the water, and come back even faster.
